3 killer communication tools to disengage staff

I got a delightful bollocking the other day.
An email written in a bold red font, the colour of blood. I must really be in trouble.
It was from our building management company. I started wracking my brain for recent atrocities I’d committed which could warrant such a lambasting.
I don’t have a dog to defecate in the car park.
I take recycling very seriously.
I haven’t engaged with a neighbour since a forced Merry Christmas. So what am I being accused of?
I skimmed over the blood-coloured message. To my relief I was neither the accused nor the guilty.
Someone had been illegally parking in the car park.
This was a communication sent to All in the hope the lawbreaker would self-identify and stop parking in other people’s spaces.
If they didn’t then the building management company would be forced to introduce parking tickets for our 20-space private car park.
These guys know how to deliver a message, I’ve got lots to learn!
There are 3 killer communication techniques I’ve identified which I will be implementing going forward:
1. Coloured font. This brings emotion to what I’m writing and shows the recipient how I’m feeling.
2. Send to all. When I need a specific person or group to change their behaviour, I should just send the message to everyone. The more people who receive it, the more likely the change I want will be adopted.
3. Finish with a threat. This is a power move and all but guarantees cooperation.
Watch this space for my next-level comms. You've been warned!
Stoirm
PS I’ve looking it up and parking in someone else’s space isn’t illegal, just frowned upon
